G. Todd Vance, PhD
G. Todd Vance, PhD, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. He completed his predoctoral clinical internship at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center where he staffed the hospital’s psychological assessment clinic and completed rotations in Post-Traumatic Stress Recovery, Admissions/Crisis/Consultation, and the Partial Psychiatric Hospitalization program. Dr. Vance then served as a Staff Psychologist at the Salem VA Medical Center where he worked in the Center for Traumatic Stress and Primary Care Mental Health Integration.
He has held faculty positions and clinical faculty appointments with the University of Virginia, Liberty University, and Radford University. In 2013, Dr. Vance founded Breakforth Counseling and Consulting. He has conducted psychological evaluations for a variety of clients in private practice for over a decade and regularly consults on cases including those related to Adult ADHD, immigration, workplace, and veteran’s concerns.
Dr. Vance is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and Division 41 (American Psychology-Law Society) of the American Psychological Association. He earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007 and has been licensed to practice in Virginia since 2008. In addition, Dr. Vance holds privileges to practice in more than 40 states via telehealth through PSYPACT.

Anna Wright, Psy.D.
Anna Wright, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She completed her predoctoral internship at Hershel “Woody” Williams VA Medical Center in Huntington, WV, where she gained experience in providing diagnostic assessments for a variety of clinical needs. Upon licensure she worked at a federally qualified health clinic in southwest Virginia, where she provided assessment services to assist with diagnostic clarification and treatment planning.
While working in this setting, Dr. Wright also provided training and supervision of predoctoral counseling psychology students in assessment skills. At Breakforth Counseling and Consulting, LLC, she has provided assessments to clients with attentional difficulties, clients seeking diagnostic clarification to better inform their mental health treatment, and for individuals whose loved ones are involved in an immigration process.
Dr. Wright sees the assessment process as a tool to gain understanding of a client’s strengths and concerns, describe meaningful paths to improving day-to-day functioning, and empower clients to make changes in their lives.

Matthew T. Jameson, PhD
Matthew T. Jameson, PhD, earned a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Western Michigan University in 2015 and completed internship and residency training at the Salem VA Medical Center. Dr. Jameson has practiced for more than ten years in the state of Virginia and specializes in assessing and treating neurodevelopmental disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, substance use disorders, and personality disorders.
In addition to his clinical work at the VA, Dr. Jameson also provides supervision of psychology students, interns, and residents. He performs disability and adult ADHD assessments as well as cognitive behavioral psychotherapy at Breakforth Counseling and Consulting.
Dr. Jameson is trained in motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), prolonged exposure (PE), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), written exposure therapy (WET), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

Dr. Erin Jurich-Finney
Dr. Erin Jurich-Finney is a licensed clinical psychologist. She completed her PsyD at the University of Denver Graduate School of Professional Psychology program in 2010 and completed her internship and post-doctoral experience in the rural setting of San Luis Valley, Colorado. She and her husband relocated to Virginia in 2013, and she has operated her private practice in Abingdon, Virginia since.
She has completed more than 500 psychological evaluations for pre-surgical patients, adults and children suspected of Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, and/or other learning disabilities, C&P evaluations for veterans, and other general clinical psychological evaluations. She is Authorized for Interjurisdictional Practice of Telepsychology through PsyPACT’s APIT program, and is also a member of the National Register for Health Service Psychologists, the American Psychological Association, and the Virginia Academy of Clinical Psychologists.
She has been trained in EMDR and neurofeedback modalities of therapy, and also utilizes psychodynamic and CBT techniques with her psychotherapy patients. She regularly helps to train students in psychology and counseling programs as clinicians. She currently serves as Secretary on the board of the Community and Policy Management Team of Washington County, a local advisory board overseeing the standards for Virginia’s Children’s Services Act.

Lynn Warner, PhD
Dr. Lynn Warner is a clinical neuropsychologist who has over 40 years of experience in the fields of psychological and neuropsychological assessment. She specializes in assessments and consultations for individuals aged 6 and older, with no upper age limit. She also provides assessments for third parties, such as the Social Security Administration, employers seeking
fitness for duty evaluations, school systems, and the courts.
Dr. Warner earned her an M.A. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Kentucky in 1985 and 1989. She completed her predoctoral clinical internship at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She also received two years of pre-/post-graduate training in clinical neuropsychology through EVMS. Dr. Warner has been licensed to practice as a clinical psychologist in Virginia since 1990.
Dr. Warner was an assistant professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School (1989-2003). She served on the Southwest Chapter of the Virginia Brain Injury Association and the Virigina Brain Injury Association Boards (1987-1994) and was a volunteer facilitator and coordinator with SMART Recovery in San Diego (2016-2021).
